ShipPost provides a platform for purchasing and printing shipping labels from various carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We act as a reseller of shipping services and pass through carrier rates without markup.
3. Label Purchases
All shipping label purchases are final and non-refundable once the label has been generated. This is due to carrier policies regarding postage. Please verify all shipping information before completing your purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information including addresses, package weights, and dimensions. Incorrect information may result in additional charges from carriers or delivery failures.
5. Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship any items prohibited by law or carrier regulations. This includes but is not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items restricted by international shipping regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
ShipPost is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We provide tracking information but do not guarantee delivery times or package condition.
